Aubrey Shamel is a singer-songwriter and lead vocalist with an incredible range  and depth.  Her shimmering voice lends a unique tonal quality to the band’s songs, and her harmonies add a richness and warmth that have impressed listeners of all stripes. Shawn Patch is a native of Springfield, Vermont, but married a southerner and has planted roots in North Carolina. He is a founding member of the band, and one of the primary songwriters. With more than 20 years on guitar, his melodies, rhythms, and solos give character to the bands songs and arrangements.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Drew Wofford brings his considerable skills with piano, B3, accordion, and pedal steel bring a unique tone and balance to the band. Drew’s knowledge of music theory has already made an impact with vocal harmonies and other arrangements.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Todd Verts is a singer/songwriter who plays guitar, bass, and slide. He writes and contributes his original compositions, and sings, lead, harmony, and backing vocals.  A native of Denver, Colorado, he has lived in the Greensboro area for several years and is a fixture on the local coffee house scene.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Justin Horth brings numerous years of studio, stage, and other professional experience to drums and percussion.  A native of the United Kingdom, he studied music at UNCG and was an early member of the Mantras. He also contributes harmonies to vocal arrangements.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Tom Beardslee is one of the most gifted lap steel players around, and is a phenomenal musician. He has played on and off with the band since 2007, but is currently studying the ethnic music of Morocco. While currently busy with his professional studies, he always has an open slot with the band.
